The data belongs to the person it is about. App users can view, export and delete their own data at any time, from inside the app. No email required, no waiting period.

Shops see only what they need. Shop owners view bookings for their shop only. They cannot access data from other shops, and they cannot see your data outside their relationship with you.

Marketing is opt-in, never assumed. No newsletters, no cross-shop emails, no third-party trackers unless you explicitly tick the box. You can revoke consent at any time.

Right to deletion is real, not theoretical. One click on your account, full erasure of personal data within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate statistics may remain for service quality.

Candidate CVs are confidential. If you send your CV for a role, it is shared only with the specific client for that brief, after your explicit consent. Never sold, never added to a database without your knowledge.

How much does a custom booking app from GTREC cost?+
Pricing depends on scope, but most single-shop deployments are a one-time build fee plus a small monthly hosting cost. Multi-location and custom workflows are quoted individually. Book a free consultation to get a specific number.
Does the booking app work for hair salons, barbershops and beauty studios?+
Yes. The app is built for any appointment-based business — hair salons, barbershops, beauty studios, nail bars, massage and physiotherapy clinics, tattoo studios and similar. Multi-staff calendars, per-stylist schedules, service durations and waitlists are all built in.
Can the booking app handle multiple locations under one shop?+
Yes. Each location has its own address, working hours and staff roster. Customers see the right slots for the location they book. Owners see all locations from one dashboard.
Is the booking app GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. Users can view, export and delete their own data from inside the app without contacting support. Shops only see data for their own bookings. Marketing is opt-in. Lawful basis under GDPR Article 6 is documented per data category, and full erasure happens within 30 days.
